I never set out to build a product. I built Helmsly for myself, while starting a software company, running a technology consulting practice, and trying to be the husband and dad I knew I could be.
I needed clarity: a way to see my month, my week, and my day on one screen and actually follow through. So I built a simple production tool to keep me focused on what mattered most. After all, you only get one life.
